We expect all community members to treat one another with respect. Failure to do so may result in removal from our services and community.

Terms of Service (ToS)

This document outlines the relationship between you, referred to as the client, and ToA Kits, referred to as the service provider ("we" or "us"). The term "Owners/Founders" refers to the founders of ToA Kits. This ToS is not a legally binding contract or agreement between the client and ToA Kits Violation of these terms may result in termination of services without further obligation from ToA Kits, regardless of service completion status. Because ToA Kits may need access to your account to provide services, there are inherent risks involved, including the possibility of account penalties, such as temporary or permanent bans from Jagex.ToA Kits assumes no responsibility for any penalties imposed by Jagex.

Communication and Data Handling

All communication will be conducted through your designated ticket, which will be stored indefinitely. Sensitive information, such as login details, must be submitted through Privnote, and not shared by any other means unless authorized by the founders.

Deposits and Financial Handling

Deposits, wallet balances, and in-game gold may be invested in a financial market of our choice due to the risk of account bans. We aim to maintain only a minimum reserve of gold for operational needs. In the event of realized losses, payouts will be proportional to the remaining balance. Special agreements must be approved by the owners.

General Information

  • ToA Kits will communicate necessary updates, but please allow time for service fulfillment.
  • If your account becomes inaccessible for reasons beyond your or our control, a partial refund may be issued, at the discretion of the owners.
  • ToA Kits reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse a refund if the ToS is violated.
  • Respect is expected from both parties, and ToA Kits may cancel orders at any time for reasons deemed appropriate.
  • Any attempt to bypass fees or engage in unauthorized transactions will result in a ban and forfeiture of services or refunds.
  • This ToS may be updated at any time, and it is your responsibility to save a copy when starting a new ticket.

Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in full before service begins.
  • No refunds will be issued once services start, unless under special circumstances determined by ToA Kits owners.
  • ToA Kits reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse a refund if the ToS is violatedClients may request an 80% refund of unused funds, subject to owner approval. Alternatively, 100% of unused funds can be applied to other services.

Risks & Responsibilities

  • ToA Kits is not liable for any bans, mutes, or penalties that may occur during or after service
  • ToA Kits is not responsible for Hardcore Ironman deaths under any circumstance.
  • Clients must change their account password and PIN after services are completed. Linked accounts should also be checked and removed if needed done via the Runescape home page.
  • ToA Kits assumes no responsibility for any circumstances that have not been mentioned in this ToS regarding your account.

Gold & Item Sales

  • Once gold or items have been delivered, ToA Kits is not responsible for any account penalties, locks, bans, or rollbacks.
  • Sender of USD are responsible for transaction fees, unless otherwise discussed.
  • ToA Kits is not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations once payments are sent.

Account Sales

  • ToA Kits will assist with unlocking accounts if they become locked but is not responsible for bans or lost items post-sale.
  • Refunds are void once account details are provided.
  • Accounts come with a standard one-month warranty unless stated otherwise.
  • Warranties are void if the account is resold.
  • ToA Kits may buy back an account for 25% of the original sale price, provided it has no new offenses and remains in good standing.
  • All accounts come with registered emails. After purchase, we can provide you a fresh email, or transfer the ownership to your email.
  • If you are late on a set up payment plan, we will give you a 72 hour notice to pay. If this timeline is not met, we are allowed to recover the account and keep the partial payment in full, or you can pay it in full and we will give you the account back.

UGIM - Item Sales

  • ToA Kits is not responsible for bans, locks, or rollbacks after item delivery. For instant transfers, we are not responsible for bans related to bug abuse.
  • Transactions are first come, first served, and items are not reserved until paid in full.
  • If we agree to a sale, it is final.
  • We have a couple of methods of how we like to trade, such as instant trade, having a mule take the items and providing you the account details to add the mule to your own group, or joining the group and leaving.
  • We typically default to mule buffering as it is the safest method. If we choose this method you are paying a service for account membership + legacy account.

Middleman Services

  • ToA Kits offers middleman services to oversee trades for safety.
  • A 10% service fee applies to trades over $150, while a flat $15 fee applies to trades under $150.
  • We are not responsible for any issues, including bans or lost assets, that occur during or after the trade.
  • Any fees that come up with the trade are being paid by you.
